The Forager International Shares Fund offers a different approach to investing overseas. By blending small and mid cap ideas with larger more resilient businesses as opportunities emerge, the Fund can provide your portfolio exposure to a unique collection of global shares. The minimum investment in this Fund is $20,000, or $1,000 per month in a recurring payment plan. You do not need an initial investment to start a recurring payment plan.
- The Forager International Shares Fund invests in 20-40 international businesses, offering a more concentrated portfolio than many global funds.
- Core focus on unloved and/or underappreciated small and mid-cap stocks. There is a limit on large-cap stocks to 20% of the portfolio, and a cash limit of 20%.
- The target markets are those with solid legal systems and political stability, with research being undertaken by experts in Europe, the UK, the US and Japan.
- The investment team focuses on sectors, markets and management teams where they have expertise and prior experience.
- The Fund doesn't hedge currency exposure from overseas stocks, therefore providing investors some diversification through foreign currency exposure.
- Distributions are semi-annually, targeting a 4% yield. Special distributions may be issued when taxable income is significantly in excess of the ordinary distribution. This policy may be adjusted by the RE at their discretion.

Existing Investors
Existing investors who would like to add to their investment can log into their Automic account and request to Top Up from the Portfolio dashboard. Top Up can be found in the "Details" drop down of the investment you would like to add to. The minimum additional investment is $1,000.
